Loan and EMI calculators
A loan is usually the biggest financial commitment a family makes, and small differences add up: half a percent on a ₹50 lakh home loan is worth several lakh rupees over 20 years. These calculators show the full cost of a loan, how much a prepayment saves, how much you can borrow, and whether a dealer's 'flat rate' is as cheap as it sounds.

EMIs are calculated on a reducing balance, the way Indian banks and NBFCs do it, and every page includes a month-by-month or year-by-year amortisation table so you can see how the interest share falls over time.

Check eligibility first so you know your real budget, then compare two or three offers in the loan comparison calculator, including processing fees. If a car or consumer-durable dealer quotes a flat rate, convert it with the flat vs reducing calculator. Once the loan is running, decide between prepaying and investing spare money with the prepay or invest calculator. And if a credit card balance is rolling over, clear that before anything else.
