Refund and cancellation policy

This policy covers purchases from vblogger.co.in: spreadsheet templates, the Personal Money Health Report and the white-label calculator embed plan. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay.

Spreadsheet templates

Templates are digital downloads delivered instantly. If a template doesn't work for you, email support@vblogger.co.in within 7 days of purchase with your payment ID. We'll first try to help you set it up; if it still isn't right for you, we'll refund the full amount.

Personal Money Health Report

You can cancel for a full refund any time before we start preparing your report (that is, before you submit the questionnaire or within 24 hours of payment, whichever is later). Once the report has been delivered, refunds are given only if it wasn't delivered as described.

White-label embed plan

You can cancel within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. After that the plan runs until the end of its one-year term and isn't refunded pro rata. If you don't renew, the embedded calculator keeps working with our free credit link.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method through Razorpay within 5–7 working days of approval. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Duplicate or failed payments

If you were charged twice or money left your account but the order didn't complete, email us with the payment ID and we'll refund the duplicate or failed amount.
